Banks was a member of a national trial team that defended one of our nation's largest financial institutions in a $253 million dollar class action lawsuit. In 2013, he was part of a trial team that helped the Aziz family secure a $20.5 million jury verdict against a major corporation. In 2012, Banks helped the Snipes family secure one of the largest verdicts against a municipality in the State of Missouri.
Banks has first chaired approximately sixty-five jury trials in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
